Dairy Business Africa rebrands to Dairy Business Middle East and Africa

AFRICA – Dairy Business Africa, a flagship publication of FW Africa, has officially rebranded to Dairy Business Middle East and Africa

Announced on March 24, 2025, this rebranding affirms the publication’s commitment to providing comprehensive, high-quality coverage of the dairy industry across the Middle East and Africa.

Francis Juma, CEO of FW Africa, shared the vision driving the change: “Our goal remains unchanged: to deliver valuable, timely, and in-depth content to our readers. The name change signifies our evolution alongside the industry we serve.”

“Despite the rebrand, our readers and partners can rest assured that our commitment to delivering insightful, high-impact journalism remains stronger than ever.”

The dairy industry in these regions is expanding, though it remains largely localized. In Africa, dairy production is a vital economic driver.

Kenya, for example, leads sub-Saharan Africa with a per capita milk consumption of 110 litres annually, according to FAO, yet smallholder farmers dominate, often lacking access to modern technology.

Conversely, according to Statista, the Middle East and Africa dairy market, valued at US$ 17,825.08 million in 2024, is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4.3% through 2031, fueled by rising demand for products like yogurt and cheese.

Despite this growth, challenges such as fragmented supply chains and regional disparities persist, limiting broader integration.

Dairy Business Middle East and Africa aims to address these issues by offering a platform that connects industry players, shares innovative solutions, and amplifies opportunities.

The rebranded publication will spotlight trends like the Middle East’s latest investments and developments in sustainable dairy farming and Africa’s push for higher productivity through better feed and genetics.

It also presents valuable advertising opportunities for businesses targeting a specialized audience of dairy professionals across these regions.

With this rebrand, Dairy Business Middle East and Africa positions itself as a pivotal resource, not only reflecting the dairy sector’s evolution but also catalyzing its progress by delivering unmatched insights to an industry set for transformation.

“We appreciate your continued support as we embrace this new chapter. Stay tuned for more updates as Dairy Business Middle East and Africa continues to bring you the latest from the feed and livestock industries across the Middle East and Africa, and beyond.”
