USA – Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery, a leading US-based cheese supplier, has appointed Kevin Pieh as its new permanent CEO.
Pieh, who joined the company in 2022 as CFO, had been serving as the interim CEO since September following the departure of Paul Bauer.
According to the company’s board chair, Warren Johnson, Pieh’s leadership and experience in both cooperatives and the dairy industry will significantly benefit Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery.
Johnson praised Pieh’s strong financial and management skills demonstrated during his tenure as CFO, noting that Pieh is well-positioned to lead the company forward.
The board is confident that under Pieh’s leadership, the cooperative will continue its growth trajectory.

He described the organization as “incredible” and highlighted its strong potential for growth.
He emphasized his excitement to represent the farmer-owners of the cooperative and to lead the team of employees.
