NAMIBIA – Namibia Dairies has recently concluded a successful Managing Director’s Roadshow and Persona Forum, led by acting managing director Wynand Oosthuizen and the senior leadership team.
The event was part of the company’s Vision 2029 initiative, aimed at aligning efforts with long-term strategic goals and fostering a culture of quality and performance excellence.
The roadshow included site visits, interactive forums, and team-building activities, offering a platform for direct interaction between leadership and staff. It was designed to celebrate achievements, reflect on past challenges, and set the stage for future success.

During the event, employees engaged in Ohlthaver & List (O&L) persona forums, enjoyed traditional ‘braai’ gatherings, and participated in trade visits.
The senior leadership team worked alongside staff, providing hands-on experiences and showcasing the company’s dedication to excellence.
Namibia Dairies emphasized its rigorous practices to ensure high standards of product quality. This meticulous approach maintains excellence in raw milk production.
