EGYPT – Danone Egypt has announced the launch of its newest product, Danone Greek yogurt which features a protein-filled signature creamy texture.
The innovative addition to the Danone family is also complemented by delicious fruits on the bottom and promises a taste experience like no other, according to the company in a LinkedIn post.
Danone Egypt, a subsidiary of Danone established in 2006, has its headquarters in Cairo and has been a leading player in the essential dairy industry.
The company is known for offering a wide range of products that cater to various nutritional needs and preferences.
Danone’s portfolio includes popular items such as Danone Yogurt, Dango, Activia, Danette pudding, Danone MAX, Oiko Greek yogurt, Danao, and HiPro drinkable yogurt.

The company’s offerings range from yogurts available in full cream, light, sugar, and fruit varieties to specialized products like Dango, which is enriched with essential vitamins and iron to support children’s nutritional needs.

In 2019, Danone Egypt achieved the B Corp™ Certification, becoming the first company in Egypt to receive this prestigious recognition.
The certification covered all of Danone Egypt’s activities, including its essential dairy products and early-life nutrition lines.
It acknowledged the company’s ambition to act beyond financial profit, placing purpose at the heart of its business strategy.
