Made Group launches milk product with half-natural sugar

Made Group, a vertically integrated, independent Australian beverage company has launched ReMilk which takes the company’s innovative approach to a whole new realm.

The ReMilk is 100 percent fresh milk but has half the natural sugar and 50 percent more protein, according to the company.

The milk is currently available in a one-liter format in full cream and low-fat varieties and is packaged in Tetra Pak’s fully recyclable bio-based Tetra Rex cartons.

The company added that It is already stocked nationally (except in Western Australia) in Woolworths and sits alongside other specialty milk.

FrieslandCampina debuts 2 cheese brands

FrieslandCampina, the world’s largest Gouda and Dutch cheese producer and one of the largest U.S. importers of Specialty Cheeses, has debuted 2 new brand extensions for their Royal Hollandia and Gayo Azul cheese brands.

The 2 new brands include Royal Hollandia Entry Packs and Gayo Azul Cotija Cheese.

Royal Hollandia Entry Packs are available in 5 varieties Mild Gouda, Creamy Swiss, Smoke Flavored Gouda, Chili Pepper, Mediterranean Herb, and Parrano Originale is available as the 6th item in the lineup.

According to FrieslandCampina, the new Gayo Azul Cotija is a Mexican-style aged, fresh cow’s milk cheese named after Cotija, Mexico, and is available exclusively in wedge form.

Nick’s into Chilly Mango ice cream

Swedish better-for-you snacks company, Nick’s, in association with DJ and music producer Zedd launch a limited-edition ice cream flavor called Chilly Mango.

Chilly Mango combines mango ice cream with spice and strawberry, according to the partners, and is keto-friendly, is made with no added sugar, and contains 9g of protein and 240 calories per pint.

Nick’s x Zedd Chilly Mango is available at various US retailers for an SRP of $9.99.

Moon Cheese expands to Crunchy Cheese Sticks

Moon Cheese, a US-based Food and Beverage company, has launched Crunchy Cheese Sticks to expand its cheese-based snack line.

The company says the cheese stick snacks are made from 100% cheese, contain about 14 to 15 grams of protein per serving, and are gluten-free and keto-friendly.

Crunch Cheese Sticks are available in five flavors: cheesy does it, wild white chedda’, kick it up a nacho, rowdy ranch, and yum inferno.

The new products are available at Whole Foods Market locations with a suggested retail price of $4.99 and direct-to-consumer availability coming later this summer. 

Oatly launches Mini Barista in 500ml carton edition

Alt dairy giant Oatly has expanded its plant-based milk range with the launch of Mini Barista, a 500ml carton edition of its best-selling Barista product.

Oatly claims the Mini Barista uses the recipe as the original Barista, as well as being fortified with calcium, iodine, riboflavin, vitamins B12 and D, and rich in unsaturated fats.

The company said the product started to be available in Tesco as of 20th June and plans to start the rolled out into Co-op and Ocado in September.
